Finance Assistant / School Finance Admin Assistant - Lewisham A small federation of primary school's in Lewisham are looking for a Finance Assistant to support the Finance Manager with finance administrative tasks. This is a full time, Long term position working just term time only! Suitable candidates will have some Finance/Admin experience in any setting, or be a graduate from a Mathematics/Finance/Accountancy based degree. Job Spec - Finance Assistant / School Finance Admin Assistant Ensure all invoices received are correctly and promptly processed Liaise with suppliers when needed i.e outstanding payments, chasing invoices, checking supplier statements etc Input financial data according to schools systems e.g invoices, petty cash, income, procurement, card transactions etc. Ensure all financial systems and procedures are consistently adhered to Provide finance admin support in order to support the smooth running of the schools £16 - £18 per hour Full time, term time only - 39 weeks of the year 08:30am - 16:30pm working hours Based in Lewisham Parking available on sitePerson Spec - Finance Assistant / School Finance Admin Assistant Experience in a finance based role OR graduate with a relevant degree Thorough with excellent attention to detail Able to use initiative Confident, clear communicator both verbally and written.
