Site Manager | Hotel Fit-Out | High-End Joinery package Permanent Kensington Start July 2024 This leading fit-out contractor is seeking a Site Manager to work alongside a Senior Site Manager on a hotel fit-out project in Kensington, London. The company operates within the Super-Prime Residential, 5* Hotels, Museums, Premium Retail and Private Yachts sectors. Their finish is outstanding. They are about to a hotel fit-out in Kensington; joinery only (a £10m package), covering 204mo guestrooms and a front of house area with a very bespoke joinery fit-out package The site will have a visiting Project Director, and this role will accompany a Senior Site Manager who would ultimately control the site together. The remainder of the team comprises of a placement student and a team of supervisors reporting to you. The site manager would have a background in high-end finishes, have a good understanding of (and ideally a background in) high-end joinery. They must be competent to look after large areas of work and almost take joint responsibility for running a £10m joinery package. Man-management, co-ordination, reporting, labour allocation and client liaison will all make up the skill sets needed for this role. This role could also be known as Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager, Section Manager and Construction Manager.
