starting from 100,000 CHF to 130,000 CHF / year Job Description and Context: We are looking for a client who seeks to strengthen their customer service management team with a Product Manager specializing in data and analytics. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders, as well as Data and AI teams, on ambitious transformation programs. The candidate will be responsible for the delivery strategy of projects, planning, execution, and quality of critical solutions for the business. Responsibilities: Collect and analyze business requirements for initiatives and change requests. Ensure the delivery of analytics projects within deadlines, budgets, quality, and risk management. Guarantee that projects meet contractual service levels and technical and functional standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams as a single point of contact for their projects. Provide regular feedback during steering and operational committees. Follow development standards to ensure efficiency and quality. Manage resources and evaluate team members' performance. Collaborate with external suppliers for the implementation of solutions. Analyze and resolve critical issues during deliveries with globally distributed teams. Facilitate periodic testing and contingency plans. Manage communication with all stakeholders during project delivery. Document change processes and product deployment. Research technologies and best practices to improve data quality and process efficiency. Education: Degree in computer science, information systems management, or a similar technology or engineering discipline. Key Skills: Over 7 years of experience in BI and analytics. Expertise in end-to-end delivery of data analytics solutions. Strong experience with MS SQL and Azure cloud technologies; Oracle is a plus. Risk management skills and multitasking in a dynamic environment. Leadership and stakeholder relationship management skills. Ability to communicate and present complex information clearly. Important Skills: Strong critical analysis and problem-solving skills. Aptitude for teamwork and meeting multiple deadlines. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; any other European language is a plus. Optional Skills: Experience with hybrid and multi-technology cloud solutions.
