Registered Home Manager

Cityworx is recruiting on behalf of an established Mental Health Nursing Home, based in St Leonards On Sea in East Sussex. They are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join the team, who possesses a committed and passionate approach to providing quality care. The Registered Home Manager has overall responsibility for the management and development services on a 24 hour basis. As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient deployment of resources used within the Nursing Home and will be registered with the Care Quality Commision as the Registered Manager. Working in the senior Management team, you will take an active role in the overall performance and development of the home including financial sustainability, development and transition of Services. For this role, we are looking for an individal with experince of managing a similar, mental health nursing home, including leading a team which involves the management of a nursing staff. You will ideally hold, or be working towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
