About the Program

The Master of Management is a two year program. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses and supervise students in strategic management, project management, and entrepreneurship at the master’s and bachelor's degree levels. Responsibilities include developing and conducting dynamic and interactive in-person, online, and hybrid sessions, providing a high-standard, student-centred, and experiential learning environment, facilitating discussions, and utilizing learning management systems for course delivery.

About the position

The Master of Management program invites applications for faculty positions at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Professor. The appointment will commence no later than September 16, 2024.

The successful candidate will have the following education and experience:

  • A Doctorate/Ph.D. in Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Related experience in project management, a PMP designation is an asset.
  • Teaching experience in the topics of Strategic Management, Project Management, and Entrepreneurship courses in a multi-modal post-secondary education environment, specifically at the graduate level.
  • Related industry experience and expertise in strategic management, project management, entrepreneurship, or a similar field with experience in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, causal inference empirical research, or analytical modelling, to enhance student learning through real life scenarios and case studies.
  • Previous teaching experience at the graduate level is a significant asset.

  • Maintains flexibility and willingness to work outside regular business hours to meet organizational needs.
