Sales Manager – Automotive (m/f/d)

You mainly look after the sites of our automotive customers managed by our office located in Vélizy-Villacoublay, France. You are responsible for the design-in in their on-site development departments as well as for the implementation of product releases. These include in detail: Maintain and grow business at existing automotive customers by driving new design-ins Responsibility for sales budgets, sales fulfillment and design-in targets Identify and materialize new business opportunities in the automotive market Assist customer during design-in developments with support from product managers and field  application engineers Provide marketing department and product managers with consolidated customer requirements Define new products and product enhancements, to pave the road for continuous future growth Your profile Good understanding of electronic components and basic knowledge of electronic circuits Very good command of written and spoken French and English Adequate experience in the automotive market and technical sales of semiconductors or in hardware development is an advantage Ability to work in a multicultural company, experience with a Japanese company is an advantage Customer visits 20%~30% of working time The position is office based with possibility to work partly from home Company carCompany mobile phoneSubsidy for the gymFurther education and training opportunitiesEmployee eventsContact ROHM Semiconductor is one of the major global semiconductor companies with over 23,000 employees.
