The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house.While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well. Among the archetypal products of the House are its handbag collections. A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful.Since October 2015, Demna has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director.The Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashion. Your opportunity The position lies within the Media team and is based in the Balenciaga headquarters in Paris. As part of the Media Department, you will assist the team in implementing an international advertising strategy for digital and traditional media. You will have the opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge of the various online and offline advertising levers and to develop your project management skills.How you will contribute Gather and verify technical specifications for each media plan (press, billboard, digital).Monitor the production of all advertising formats (from creation to online) for all markets, in liaison with the image department and a specialized agency.Prepare redirection linksOrganize all digital media files (brief, plan, reports, analyses, media kits, etc.).Prepare campaign archive reports (screenshot reports).Follow up invoices with the accounting department.Monitor trends in digital advertising (innovations, formats, etc.).Participate in meetings with various media playersOptimize campaign managementCoordinate fluid communication with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of informationAssist with general administrative workWho you are?Enrolled in a master’s degree, you are looking for a 6 months internshipA first experience in the media or digital sector would be idealFamiliar with the spirits and codes of luxuryExcel and Powerpoint master is mandatoryFluent in english Self-motivated, professional attitude, diligent and reliable team playerOpen-minded and solution-focusedHighly organized and keen eye for detailHumble, a good listener, and pays attention to detailsAble to contribute to multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced environmentWhy work with us? Balenciaga is committed to fostering your professional development within the House and the Kering Group.
