Whatever you do, you keep both co-workers and our customers at heart.What You Will DoHuman Resources ExpertiseServes as subject-matter expert to managers and employeesImplements change based on proven change management techniquesApplies policies and procedures across an organization; interprets both policies and changes to policyApplies compliance knowledge to protect organization and mitigate riskSeeks ways to proactively improve organizational processes and outcomes; implements solutions that are aligned and consistent with global HR best practicesRelationship ManagementFacilitates difficult interactions among organizational stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes; resolves escalated conflicts among stakeholdersBuilds consensus and settles disputes on HR policy and practice decisionsBusiness AcumenExecutes HR business strategies to drive key business results; provides guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutionsMaintains broad-based knowledge of the organization and its operations; uses knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisionsDemonstrates working knowledge of the labor market and its relation to organizational successConsultationPartners with managers, employees and HR to proactively implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective; supports managers on HR projectsCoaches managers and employees on HR and business-related issuesAligns solutions with business HR strategy and advocates for solution implementationSocial Relations Manage Work Council, Unions and staff representatives instanceConduct discussions to keep trust and partnershipAnalyze social relations landscape for his/her scope in order to define a strategy and action plan to remain compliant with Company’s local regulationsEnsure Abbott compliancy on social matters in order to protect Abbott and its legal representant’s interestsLeadershipExecutes programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational cultureImplements and delivers solutions and interventions that address issues of retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriateHR InsightsInterprets data and makes recommendations; asks critical questions needed to evaluate data; gathers, analyzes and presents data to managers and recommends solutions that support the culture and the defined HR strategyAnalyzes root causes of work environment issues; manages interventions and solutions in collaboration and cooperation with key stakeholdersQualifications & Experience10+ years of work experience required - previous HR experience including supporting multiple functionsStrong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skillsFluent in French and EnglishDemonstrated business and analytical ability with a proven ability to build relationships and influence different groupsDemonstrated implementation and execution abilityCapability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organizationSkilled with change processes in complex systemsDemonstrated conflict resolution skillsAdvanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to drive works council relationshipsMUST HAVE SKILLSExercise independent judgment with strong attention to detailAnalyze, understand and communicate complicated issues to Managers and Employees to ensure understandingEffectively facilitate discussions with and deliver communications to large groups of peopleStrong communication skills verbal and writtenAbility to effectively navigate Workday and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
