Role: Principal Mechanical Engineer (Building Services) Location: Birmingham (Hybrid) Salary: £50k - 65K + Medical + benefits Overview This is an opportunity to work for one of the worlds leading engineering firms. They are currently seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join their Exeter office to lead projects centred around HVAC designs. Role As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will be expected to lead projects, liaise with clients/contractors, complete site surveys and develop existing engineers. Ideally you will have: 8+ UK Years' experience within a building services consultancy. A Mechanical Engineering degree or building services related (BEng/BSc). Experience with Design and Delivery of projects as a Mechanical Engineer. Hold a CIBSE Chartership Experience with producing project specifications, suitability, and design monitoring. Have a working knowledge of Hevacomp/Prodesign, / Revit, AutoCAD Extensive experience with client liaison, site visits and meetings.
