The Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team, to identify and develop new client relationships and opportunities and to source, attract and interview top candidates. The individual should thrive in a fast-paced, positive and ever-changing environment and be relentlessly committed to outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent candidates for clients
  • Interviewing, assessing, and profiling candidates for clients and the senior recruiting team
  • Building a talent network through a variety of creative and strategic recruitment techniques including referrals, social media, direct sourcing, networking and others.
  • CRM and recruitment workflow management
  • Providing exceptional customer service and counsel to our candidates, associates, and clients
  • Proactively and consistently prospect, pursue, and close new business. Ability to recognize new leads and prospects, gather market intelligence, generate calls and obtain new client meetings
  • Work collaboratively across the organization to contribute to and support client projects as needed
  • Attending networking and industry events as well as client meetings
  • Provide regular team updates on business development activities and metrics
  • Generate and negotiate fees, rates, and contract terms
  • Participate in and support marketing activities and campaigns


About you:

You are an excellent relationship builder with a passion for talent acquisition and recruitment. You have a keen eye for opportunity, innovation and breaking the status quo.

  • Solid recruiting and business development experience, preferably in a recruitment firm or in a talent acquisition roles
  • Exceptional customer focus (candidate and client) with a proven ability to quickly establish trust and credibility and build lasting relationships
  • Strong work ethic, resilient, self-motivated, collaborative and results-oriented.
  • A sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • An ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing and sales and social media
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative and ambitious
