Our client is seeking a driven Associate Advisor/Financial Planner to join their boutique financial services practice. They specialize in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Insurance, and Group Benefits, offering their clients a comprehensive range of services including in-house accounting, estate law, mortgage specialists, and general insurance brokers.
Role Description
Are you passionate about financial planning and eager to make a difference in the lives of high net worth families? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Advisor/Financial Planner to join a tight-knit team of approximately 12-15 staff. In this role, you will manage client portfolios, develop personalized investment strategies, analyze financial data, conduct trades, and provide exceptional financial planning services. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique financial goals and help them achieve their dreams through tailored strategies.
Qualifications
Exceptional analytical skills in Finance and Financial Planning
Proven experience in managing investments and conducting trades
CFP designation required (or QAFP at minimum)
Proficient in utilizing financial planning software and tools
In-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
