The Opportunity:ML6 Search + Talent Advisory is thrilled to support one of our amazing clients in their search for a Channel Sales SpecialistOur client is an emerging leader in office furniture distribution, and as such, the talented individual we are looking for will serve as a key liaison between the company and its outside sales representatives.What You'll Be Doing:Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with outside sales representatives, acting as their primary point of contact for any needs or issues.Support and Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to sales representatives, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between sales representatives and internal departments.Resource Coordination: Ensure sales representatives have access to necessary resources, including marketing materials, product information, training, and tools to enhance their sales efforts.Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to sales management to improve overall sales effectiveness.Training and Development: Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions for sales representatives to keep them informed about new products, services, and sales techniques.Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address any challenges or obstacles faced by sales representatives, working collaboratively with internal teams to find effective solutions.Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from sales representatives regarding customer needs, preferences, and concerns, and relay this information to relevant internal teams for continuous improvement.Event Coordination: Primary person for planning and coordinating sales events, meetings, and conferences to foster relationship building and knowledge sharing among sales representatives.Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of interactions, communications, and support provided to sales representatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Travel: Willingness to travel as required to support sales representatives, attend meetings, and participate in industry events.What You'll Need to Be Successful:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in a sales support, relationship management, or customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of the industry and products/services offered by the company is a plus.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
