My client is recruiting a Snr. Leisure Sales Manager to join their international luxury hotel group. We are looking for a proactive, motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in the leisure segment. As Sales Manager you will be driving revenue and building client relationships.

About the position
- Identify potential new business and clients by researching the market
- Create and implement a successful sales strategy
- Seek out opportunities to maximize profit
- Hit sales targets whilst acting as an ambassador for the brand
- Build relationships with travel companies
- Analyze market trends
- Build strong working relationships with partners around Europe and Middle East
- Work closely with all departments
The successful candidate will have
- Min. 3 years previous experience in sales management within the hotel industry
- High level of customer service acumen
- Strong sales drive and negotiating skills
- A dynamic and motivated individual
- Experience with leading European high end Travel Agencies, TMCs and Luxury Leisure Consortia
- Ideally fluent in French, Italian or Spanish
- Very good knowledge of luxury- and leisure sectors
