For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering:
- Salary up to £25,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.00pm
- Permanent position
- Benefits: Free parking, 20 days + Bank Holidays + Pension
The role - Customer Service Executive:
- Responsible for managing customer requests for skip hire and sales
- Assist customers with their invoice queries and pricing for their orders
- Collect overdue payment and revenue
- Contact customers regarding overdue invoices
- Manage any complaints or changes of details
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive:
- Previous office based customer service experience - ESSENTIAL
- Managing complaints / problem solving - ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of the waste industry / services industries - DESIREABLE
- IT Literacy / MS Office Packages & Administration Capability - ESSENTIAL
