Field Service Engineer

Aqua-Tech Recruitment are currently working in partnership with one of our clients who are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer with aspirations of progressing into the Biomass sector. Our client operates within the exciting space of sustainability and due to several large framework wins, are looking to expand their team throughout the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be an ambitious professional individual who possesses a solid background in Commercial Plumbing & Heating and/or Electrical Installation. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial heating systems, with a focus on transitioning into Biomass technology. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks that ensure the optimum performance and reliability of our systems. Main Responsibilities: * Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial heating and plumbing systems. * Conduct oil/gas servicing with a focus on safety and efficiency. * Engage in electrical installations as per NVQ standards. * Transition into the Biomass sector by learning and applying new technologies. * Maintain accurate records of all work performed. * Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Requirements (Essential) * NVQ in Commercial Plumbing & Heating and/or Electrical Installation. * Qualified in Oil/Gas Servicing. * Valid Driving Licence. * Previous experience in a related field. * Proficiency with using tools and trade-specific equipment. * Background in heating systems, with experience in on-site, hands-on work. Desirable Criteria: * Previous experience in the Biomass sector. * Additional certifications related to heating and plumbing. * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
