Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager – Flagship Site (UK) Location: London, Strand. Contract: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and upbeat Facilities Manager to manage our clients first major flagship site in the UK. The successful candidate will join a team of 3, consisting of an engineer and an admin, with direct responsibility for Profit & Loss, contractor management, and the overall running of the site. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all day-to-day maintenance, including reactive repairs and building fabric management * Manage the full lifecycle of repairs and maintenance from start to finish * Coordinate utilities, event setups, and cleaning teams * Responsible for key holder management (2500 keys on-site) * Work closely with contractors and ensure all facilities and services meet brand-new fit-out standards * Report on and manage Profit & Loss * Ensure the site remains in top condition as UK flagship building Ideal Candidate: * Dynamic, energetic, and able to match the personality of an American client * Strong organizational and leadership skills * Experience with high-end facilities and brand-new equipment preferred This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-profile, state-of-the-art facility in a prestigious environment
