This is a full-time position, starting ASAP, ideal for someone passionate about helping students achieve their full potential in Law and Politics. About the role: In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons in Law and Politics to A-Level students, helping them develop critical thinking and analytical skills. In this role, you will be expected to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages debate, discussion, and a deep understanding of legal and political concepts. In this role, you will be guiding students through their coursework and exam preparation, ensuring they are well-equipped to achieve excellent results and succeed in their future academic and professional pursuits. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Law and Politics lessons to A-Level students. Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development in both subjects. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and motivated to engage with complex legal and political issues. Contribute to the wider school community, participating in extracurricular activities such as debate clubs and team meetings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Law and Politics curriculum, using a variety of teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or (PCET) essential. Experience teaching Law or Politics at A-Level desirable. A strong commitment to student achievement and academic progress.
