Teacher and Learning Lead

Teacher and Learning Lead  Full time (Monday to Friday) Start date - September 2024 The School and Role An SEN school based in Bournemouth are seeking an Teacher and Learning Lead to start in September 2024. You will receive additional allowances for this role including TLR, SEN and MDSA.  The school graded 'outstanding' by OFSTED caters for students aged 4 - 11 years who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Heath needs (SEMH) and challenging behaviour. All of the pupils have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or are in the process of receiving one.  The class sizes are no more than 7 pupils and each class will have at least one Teaching Assistant.  Requirements  The desired Teacher will have; - QTS - A degree or equivalent  - Experience of teaching primary school aged children - Experience working with children with SEN/SEMH/challenging behaviour - A passion for the progress of pupils - An ability to work as part of a team What we offer As part of our team, you benefit from: · Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
