Head of People & Culture (M/F) – Lyon, France Bon Vivant is a French company, based in Lyon, whose innovative technology is helping the dairy industry to make the transition to a more environmentally-friendly industry. We produce milk proteins through precision fermentation, enabling dairy producers to make dairy products with far less environmental impact, without giving up either pleasure or nutritional qualities. We are building an international team of dairy products lovers that want to accompany the sustainable transition of the food industry and we are looking for our Head of Human Resources to help us build a team of amazing “Bon Vivants”! What you will be doing As the Head of People at Bon Vivant , you will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of our people strategy: from hiring, onboarding, development, retention, to offboarding. You will report directly to Stéphane, the CEO. This position is an absolute key role in our organization and due to the diversity of the mission requires agility, desire to learn and genuine passion for people. More specifically, you will: Support managers of each department on their recruitment needs, helping them build the right organization to achieve Bon Vivant’s objectives Build and drive people strategy which will allow us to attract and retain exceptional people Help define, implement, and develop our company culture Put in place career path and training program for our people to grow Ensure our legal compliance with all the social admin & payroll topics About you You are passionate about Bon Vivant’s mission You can create trustful relationships and articulate key messages to influence You have +5 years of Human Resources experience in either a scale-up or a dynamic corporate structure.
