Job Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with varying levels of special educational needs. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Plans (BIPs). Support the class teacher in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment. Foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere where students feel valued and encouraged. Job Requirements: Experience working with children or young people, ideally within a PRU or SEN setting. Ability to build rapport with students and support their emotional and educational needs. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations. A positive and resilient attitude, with a passion for making a difference. This role offers a competitive salary of £85-£95 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
