Meridian Business Support is currently seeking a dedicated Factory Cleaner to join our client’s team in Tredegar. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, where maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness is essential. Location: Tredegar Shifts: Days and Afternoon Rotations Hourly Rate: £13.88 Key Responsibilities: Ensure the cleanliness of the factory floor by sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Empty waste bins and handle proper rubbish disposal. Clean and sanitize communal areas, including restrooms and break rooms. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic and safe work environment. Perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks as needed. Operate a buffer machine (training will be provided). Take on additional cleaning tasks as directed by the factory manager.Shift Patterns: Days: 5 am - 1 pm Afternoons: 2 pm - 10 pmIdeal Candidate: Reliable and hardworking with attention to detail.
