As a Senior Manager, Data Science, you will: Lead and develop Data Scientists in investigating complex issues, defining key metrics, and uncovering key drivers of our businessPartner with the leadership across organization to adopt quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand what drives our businessInfluence Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product strategy by making actionable recommendations based on dataDrive measurement strategy across various departments within the organization building data driven decision culture within the companyWork closely with the Data and MarTech leaders to facilitate tool selection and process definition to support company's experimentation strategyProvide insights to help business and product leaders understand marketplace dynamics, user behaviors, and long-term trendsDrive data models that reflect ambiguous businessWhat YOU bring to the table:1+ years of experience managing a team of data scientists, and a track record of delivering impactful analysesA degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar domain6+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or related quantitative roleThe insight to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported wayExcellent communication and cross-functional working skills, including the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences and influence strategic decisionsExperience working with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, etc.Expertise of SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions) with statistical packages, such as Matlab, R, SAS or PythonProficiency in one or more analytics & visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)What are you waiting for?
