Portfolio Revenue Manager
- Location: Leeds (hybrid)
- Salary: £50,000 per annum
Join one of the UK's fast-growing hospitality management companies as a Portfolio Revenue Manager. This exciting role offers you the chance to manage pricing strategies, distribution channels, and forecasting for a portfolio of branded hotels. Hybrid working is available, with at least three days in the Leeds or London office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for online channels
- Manage all hotel distribution channels to maximize revenue
- Monitor property performance and ensure robust room-type management
- Identify new Revenue Management tools and opportunities
- Take ownership of topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Provide market insights, data analysis, and trend identification
- Drive a shift from OTA channels to direct bookings
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of Revenue Management Experience
- Experience with the London 4* market
- Understanding of Opera and OnQ PMS, StayNTouch a plus
- Strong RMS knowledge: IdeaS/Concerto/GRO
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA a plus)
- Ability to articulate and introduce change effectively
- Understanding of the 3* hotel market
