Commercial Broker An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing insurance brokerage firm with a strong focus on client’s relationships. With a focus on personalized service, the firm is expanding its team and client base, offering a supportive environment for growth and success. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored insurance solutions. * Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. * Work collaboratively with the internal team to deliver excellent service and meet client expectations. * Identify opportunities to grow the client base and contribute to the overall success of the firm. Requirements: * 5+ years of Commercial Broking experience, with a focus on commercial lines * Consistent career history with no frequent job changes * Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) Location: Hybrid working from the office based in Leeds Benefits: * 30 days of holiday * Medical insurance * Death in service benefit (4x salary) * Hybrid working model (1 day at home, 4 days in office) Please contact Sorcha at LNJ Recruitment for more information
