Position: Business Development Manager Salary: Up to £55,000 + Car + uncapped commission Location: Dudley one day per week in the office Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for engineering excellence? Do you have a proven track record in selling bespoke fabricated engineering solutions within the nuclear sector? This customer is a leading engineering firm specialising in the design, fabrication, and delivery of customised solutions for the nuclear industry. Our commitment to safety, innovation, and quality has established us as a trusted partner in the sector. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the nuclear sector. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and regulatory bodies. * Collaborate with our engineering team to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs and regulatory requirements. * Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure contracts. * Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. * Achieve sales targets and contribute to the strategic growth of the company. Qualifications: * Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the nuclear sector. * In-depth understanding of bespoke fabricated engineering solutions and their applications in the nuclear industry. * Strong network of industry contacts and ability to leverage these relationships to generate new business. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to understand and address complex technical requirements and convey them effectively to clients. * A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
