Role: Python Developer
Salary: Up to £45,000

This could be great for someone with a genuine interest in machine learning and logistics algorithms. The ideal candidate will join the team and quickly contribute to the machine learning-based route planning and logistics solutions. This role requires someone who can meet deadlines, think independently, and solve problems effectively.
Location: Birmingham / Hybrid – once a fortnight ideally.
What we want from you.
A minimum of one year of experience Python coding expeirence
Experience in libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
Experience using GIT, or other codebases.
Dat Science or Mathematics degree would be beneficial, but not essential.
Bonus:
Proficiency in using advanced Python libraries like Numba and Dask
Expertise in integrating Python with C/C++ to boost computational efficiency and performance
Experience in developing CUDA/ROCm kernels for data processing applications
Expertise in algorithm design, including experience with Monte Carlo methods, probabilistic models, and stochastic optimisation
