Design Manager

Design Manager - Residential development - Kilburn, North London We have been instructed to find an experienced Design Manager for an established residential developer for a new project in Kilburn, North London. For this Design Manager position you will be project based full time and the project runs for another 48 weeks. You will work alongside the Project Manager and carry out all technical design aspects of the project for 2 of the blocks on the development. The project consists of 6 medium rise blocks of apartments to 5 and 6 storeys. You will have CLT frame experience and must have been involved in a variety of residential projects from their inception to completion. You must be eligible to live and work in the UK without sponsorship and will have a UK construction qualification.
