Req ID 73045|Puteaux, France,ZF Mobility France SAS We are looking for a new Engineering Project Manager in the ADAS department at our location in Puteaux, Paris La Défense. What you can look forward to as Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d): Lead the global, cross-functional engineering project team to execute project work packages and achieve on time delivery of program engineering development milestones according to internal/external processes and requirements Develop effort estimates, plans and manage the engineering project schedule including all major engineering activities Manage engineering risks, report status, prepare contingency and mitigation plans, execute corrective actions and manage escalation paths appropriately Lead or support customer technical meetings to demonstrate schedule, technical design as well as engineering process compliance and support strategic customer activities such as technology strategy updates Own overall project engineering project budget Your profile as Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d): Master’s degree in computer science, electronic or similar Knowledge and experience in project management process as well as assigned process activities, related work products and work instructions, preferably in automotive/ ADAS Knowledge and experience in development of embedded systems in Automotive Leadership skills in the context of project management (fostering teamwork, cooperation and relationship building) and the ability to lead cross-functional, global aligned project teams with a large number of team members Build accountability and ensure quality Good presentation, moderation and communication skills including conflict management as well as the ability to multitask, define priorities, make difficult decisions and organize time effectively Drive for results, promote efficiency and performance excellence Fluent English and French language skills required We would like to ask you to provide an English version of your CV.
