We are currently on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team of Financial Security Advisors.Position: Financial Security AdvisorResponsibilities:As a Financial Security Advisor, you'll be an integral part of our team with access to a comprehensive range of products from leading insurers in Canada. Your role will involve online interactions through video conferences and chats, as well as phone-based consultations. Key responsibilities include:Informing clients about insurance options.Comparing and analyzing various insurance offers.Selling the best-suited products tailored to clients' needs.Specific Tasks:Provide consultation services through phone, chat, email.Conduct thorough needs analysis and offer recommendations.Propose optimal solutions to a targeted clientele.Operate with transparency and independence in managing client files.Execute insurance transactions based on clients' chosen products.Deliver post-sales support and service to customers.Adhere to company standards, codes of ethics, and regulatory compliance.Actively contribute to the success of marketing campaigns, including E-Marketing initiatives.Requirements and Qualifications:Financial Security Advisor certification in Ontario (LLQP).Prior experience in financial services distribution (an asset).Must give undivided attention to company leads during working hours and ability to sell effectively over the phone. Bilingualism (an asset).Availability for varying shifts within office operating hours (9 am EST to 9 pm EST).Access to a quiet space with a high-speed wifi connection.Familiarity with SalesForce, Compulife, WinQuote, and Adobe is considered an asset.Skills and Abilities:Excellent listening and communication skills.Ability to establish a climate of trust with clients.Strong adaptability.Analytical and synthesizing abilities.Outstanding organizational skills.Autonomy and attention to detail.Results-oriented mindset.Compensation:This is a full-time employee position with a base salary of $35,000 plus commission.
