Chief Sales Officer (CSO) – Staffing Solutions    Location: London / Hybrid (3 days a week in office)    Salary: £(Apply online only)k Base + £300k OTE (+equity included after probation)    About Us: Join a dynamic and rapidly growing human capital and staffing scale-up, specialising in Graduate Recruitment, Staffing Solutions, and Contractor Workforce Solutions. The client base firmly sits within the FTSE 250 demographic, providing technology skillsets to leading UK Enterprise & FTSE 250.    The Role: We are seeking a visionary Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for a new board appointment to spearhead our sales strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the driving force behind our client acquisition activities, leading from the front and setting the standard for our sales team. You will be accountable for a team of 6 Sales Directors, owning the overall sales number and ensuring our ambitious growth targets are met and exceeded.    Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth across Staffing Solutions. Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of 6 Sales Directors, fostering a high-performance culture. Drive client acquisition and build strong, lasting relationships with FTSE 250 clients. Collaborate closely with the CEO and other board members to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing our market presence and brand reputation.    What We're Looking For: Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role within the human capital, staffing, or recruitment industry. Extensive experience in selling to FTSE 250 companies, with a strong network and understanding of this market. Demonstrable success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams (Directors or Managers) Strategic thinker with the ability to design & execute aggressive growth strategies Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience contributing towards a value-creation & exit (PE preferably) would be advantageous    Salary & package: Base salary of £(Apply online only)k OTE c£250k-300kpa Equity included after probation, allowing you to share in the company’s success.
