The Solution Delivery Manager will need to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and will be responsible for coordinating work with IT team members, vendors, business stakeholders, and other resources to establish and implement effective solutions to business problems.What you will do:Serves as Point of Contact/Liaison between IT and Business Partners and is an operational lead resource within IT Sales & Logistics Support TeamBuild understanding of Sales & Logistics Business Processes and the technology that supports itTranslates business needs to Functional & Technical requirements documentationCollaborates with business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs for resolution & development along with our delivery partners including in-house and external managed servicesOwn and address business incidents from identification through resolutionIdentify opportunities for improvement within business process and technology solutions related to the Sales & Logistics domainCollaboratively works with, provides direction to, and supports internal and external partners supporting Sales & Logistics applicationsUnderstands, advocates, and supports enterprise strategiesCollaboratively works with other teams to assess downstream impacts to business stakeholdersServes as either a project manager (small initiatives) or technical lead to ensure business value is provided in a timely, cost-effective mannerChampion Continuous improvement within IT TeamUnderstand emerging technologies and assess their potential use for meeting the business needs of NutrienMaintain technical knowledge of existing application roadmapsMentors others on the teamAssists in Stakeholder CommunicationWhat you will bring:Graduate of a recognized university with a degree in computer science, engineering, business or other relevant fieldMinimum of 8 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development, including cross-domain experience with a strong preference for proficient understanding in SAP and SAP S4 environmentsMinimum of 3 years of experience working with supporting Order-to-Cash and Logistics related applicationsExperience with SAP SD, MM, TM, PM, SAP IBP, and other related solutions considered an assetAbility to travelAdept at building and maintaining strong working relationships and collaborating and communicating effectively in a business environmentDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with decentralized and remote teamsExperience working with and leading off-shore teams is a strong preferenceSuperior Time Management skills. Able to support multiple project initiatives simultaneouslyProficient in translating business problems into detailed requirements and technical specificationsAdept at developing business cases, requirement documentation and test plans to support system activityHistory of serving as Technical Lead and/or Project Manager on project initiativesDemonstrates history of continuous training & learning in technology, leadership and communicationExperience applying the processes of the Software Development Life CycleReady to make an impact with us?
