Contracts Manager Central London Negotiable Salary Role Overview Panoramic Associates are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee residential internal and external refurbishment projects. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day contract operations Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors on budgets and procurement Oversee subcontractors and site teams Maintain client relationships and manage expectations Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and quality standards Handle project handovers and documentationRequirements 10+ years in construction, 3+ in a similar London role Experience with residential refurbishments (£250k to £1m+) Strong knowledge of scaffolding, structural works, roofing, and masonry Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Office & Project, Google Suite Valid Driving Licence required; SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos awareness preferredQualifications Construction-related Degree or HND, or trade & site management background MCIOB preferred but not essentialDoes this role sound suitable for you, or someone you know?
