Overview Host Broadcast Services, fully owned by Infront Sports & Media, is a specialist host broadcast organisation, originally established with the core mandate of producing the television and radio signals for the 2002 and 2006 FIFA World Cups™.Based in Switzerland, with its planning headquarters in Paris/Boulogne, the company has evolved since its formation in 1999 and built upon its unique capabilities by attracting expert personnel from the very top levels of the television industry to complement the experienced staff who have honed their skills over previous FIFA World Cups™.Main responsibilities The ERP and Back-Office Applications Manager has a key technical and organizational role within the Platforms and Solutions. Responsible of both our ERP system and our low-code / no code solutions.Under the supervision of the Head of Platforms & Solutions, the ERP and Back-Office Applications Manager manages a team of 3 (ERP Business Analyst, Internal Solutions Analyst and BI Specialist) and coordinates external providers to manage the deployment of a new ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) for HBS.Therefore, you:For the ERP:Lead the implementation and configuration of ERP systems to meet business requirementsOversee user training and support to ensure effective utilization of ERP systemsEnsure smooth transition from project to sustaining post implementationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvementsEnsure compliance with data security and privacy regulationsFor the Applications:Design and develop innovative approach which addresses the needs and challenges of the users and the companyEnsure that the internal solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the quality standards and expectations of the users and the organizationMonitor and measure the performance and impact of the internal solutions, and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement and optimizationRequired skills 5-10 years of experience in ERP projects with a proven success at a management position for a full ERP deployment in a middle size companyNote: a prior experience with MS Dynamics 365 implementation is preferred but not necessaryYou have strong analytical skills and process design / functional specificationsYou have project management skills : Agile / Scrum and waterfall methodologiesYou are proficient in various technologies and tools, such as MS Power Platform, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, SQL, etc.You have good knowledge of Low / No code approach,You are known for your excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders and usersYou are organized, structured and rigorousYou are proactive, creative, and have a problem-solving mindsetRequired Languages English fluent (Spoken & Written)Frenchfluent (Spoken & Written)Other information Location: Boulogne-Billancourt, FranceContract: permanentStart date: As Soon as Possible
