Warehouse Coordinator

Warehouse Coordinator Start Date: ASAP Location: Babraham, Cambridge Hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) Pay Rate: £12 p/h Duration: Temp to Perm Are you a multitasking maestro with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Do you have the charm to handle customers and the skills to manage a bustling warehouse? If you can juggle phone calls, orders, and coffee machines all while maintaining a smile, we want you on our team! Duties: * First point of contact for phone and email inquiries. * Provide quotations and handle general inquiries. * Process sales orders, confirm details, and handle invoicing. * Create purchase orders and manage stock replenishment. * Record sales activities in Salesforce and update customer portals. * Coordinate and delegate tasks to warehouse staff. * Book and track transport, handle delivery issues. * Conduct monthly stock-takes and maintain inventory accuracy. * Ensure health and safety protocols are followed. * Purchase office supplies and maintain office equipment. * Manage warehouse space efficiently and keep it tidy. Skills and Experience Required: * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Experience in sales order processing and inventory management. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems. * Knowledge of booking and tracking deliveries. * Ability to manage and delegate tasks to warehouse staff. * Strong organizational and administrative skills. * Awareness of health and safety protocols. * Familiarity with office equipment and systems. * Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills. * If you have not received a response within 3-5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
