The Production Manager Role: * Managing a team of production operatives. * Ensure all manufacturing, filling and bulk loading schedules are achieved and completed in a safe and timely. * Manage all compliance standards. * Support with Right First Time behaviours into production. * Continuous Improvement activities to achieve best LEAN manufacturing practice. * Work closely with Head of Manufacturing and other internal departments The Successful Production Manager: * Experience in a Production/Manufacturing Manager role . * CI experience. * Ability to successfully lead a team to ensure manufacturing output. * Team player
