People Partner (Middle & Northern Europe) The People Partner Middle & Northern Europe will oversee our workforce in France, Belgium, Austria, and Germany, currently comprising over 180 employees. As the primary contact for both employees and line managers in these regions, your responsibilities will span onboarding, enhancing employee experiences, and managing exit processes. Your role is crucial in elevating employee experiences during key moments and collaborating effectively with various support functions both within the business and our People department to ensure seamless operations. To succeed in this position, you must have a thorough understanding of our business, fully embrace our culture, and foster robust relationships throughout the organization to proactively meet needs and address issues before they arise. Responsibilities include:Responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, working with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless process from onboarding to offboarding.Be the main point of contact for any employee queries, providing HR guidance and resolving issues timely Maintain relationships with employees, monitoring mood and morale, and addressing or escalating issues as needed. Resolve employee relations concerns and in compliance with legal and company standards.Foster a positive work environment and culture by supporting our employees in their development and well-being at all stages during their Kpler journey. Partner with our Global Head of Compensation, Benefits & Mobility on our benefits program and handle all first level questions from employees. Manage the day-to-day of the benefits and policies in your regionAssist managers and leadership with Service Agreements and the onboarding process for contractors.Ensure adherence to labor laws in your region and minimise legal risks. Collaborate with both internal Legal & Compliance teams and external parties as necessary.Act as an SME for the employment law, benefits, and policies in your region. Provide advice to the People Business Partner on complex matters. Manage visa and immigration matters in partnership with our external providers if requiredSeek continuous improvements in our People policies by evaluating current processes for increased efficiencies and ensuring scalabilityEnsure that employees are updated on relevant subjects and that information is readily available and regularly updated on the Employee Intranet.Participate in various projects within the broader People Team to improve the People experience at Kpler.Stay updated on the latest HR trends and legal requirements to ensure best practices are followed.You are or you have…Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or other relevant fields5 years of professional experience in a People / Human Resources functionBased in Paris or within a 60km radiusProficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of German is considered a plus.Thorough knowledge of benefits and labour laws in France - experience dealing with complex employee matters and scaling people operations is an asset Proven experience in building and implementing new policiesOrganised, proactive with attention to detail and a data-driven mindsetStrong interpersonal skills Ability to work in fast-paced and global environmentsSkilled in planning and managing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
