Corporate Associate, Capital Markets - San Francisco, CAMintz is looking for an associate with 3-4 years (Class of 2017 or 2018) of experience to join our Corporate practice group to support the firm’s Securities & Capital Markets practice in our San Francisco office. We offer challenging work, an entrepreneurial and collegial environment, and a unique opportunity to work with growing practice groups within the Corporate & Securities section. Our associates have the opportunity to work closely with our senior lawyers and the corporate team supporting public companies in sophisticated business transactions throughout the country.Qualifications:Must have 3 to 4 years of significant capital markets experience representing issuers and underwriters/placement agents in capital markets (’33 Act) transactions and public companies in connection with ’34 Act filings and compliance and corporate governance matters.Experience working in venture capital is a plus.Must possess a strong academic background, strong written and interpersonal skills, solid analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.Must be committed to excellence, teamwork, and superior client service.Should be able to work independently and as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
