What You’ll Do:
- Lead by Example: Guide and coach a team of mechanics, setting the standard with your expertise.

What You’ll Need:
- BS/AAS is required, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related
- At least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance leadership, with a knack for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points for:
- Industry Experience: Experience in food, consumer products, high-speed packaging, or any high-speed manufacturing.
- Veteran Status: Military veterans often excel in this dynamic setting.
- Technical Savvy: Ability to read blueprints and schematics, and experience with PLCs, VFDs, slicers, wrappers, ovens, and freezers.
