Secondary Tutor based in Harrow, North West London Remedy Education are looking for a Secondary Tutor to work 1:1 with a student with SEN, you will be teaching the students core subjects. The young student requires up to 6 hours a week of Maths ,English and Science tuition, to start as soon as possible. The young student has ASD, but is a very a pleasant and clever child to teach. SEN experience needed: You will work privately or through the local authorities on a 1: 1 basis to make a difference to children with SEN including autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other additional needs. To be a SEN Tutor you will need: QTS at least 2 years' experience teaching and assessing English and / or Maths and / or Science at least 2 years' experience working with SEN special educational needs such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, ADD, a proven record of being able to heighten pupil's confidence, self-esteem and love of learning 100% passion for education, commitment, reliability and honesty to creatively apply differentiated techniques to planning and teaching excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills incredible patience an excellent knowledge of different learning styles and how to use these the ability to deal with possible behaviour issues the ability to work flexibly and attend meetings outside hours if necessary a Enhanced DBS on the update servicePlease apply now or call Grace at Remedy Tutors on (phone number removed) for more information
