(Very high expectation that the consultant will be professional, reliable, reachable, and able to work productively while remote).Responsibilities:Development, configuration, implementation, and integration of DAN (Disciplinary Action) modules.Maintaining support for existing modules of the PeopleSoft software system.Deep understanding of Peoplesoft applications with a focus on HR modules, particularly in disciplinary actions and notifications.Collaboration with internal IT teams and stakeholders to customize and deploy the Peoplesoft solution that meets Client’s specific needs.Provide customizations to the PeopleSoft code as business needs dictate.Design, develop, and configure the Peoplesoft DAN module to meet the specific needs of Client’s agencies.Conduct thorough testing of the Peoplesoft DAN module, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Provide support in applying upgrades, patches, and fixes, troubleshooting problems, coordinating problem solving, researching potential processing issues, testing, and implementing data manipulation/correction scripts.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.Three (3) or more years of full-time paid experience as a PeopleSoft integrator and support analyst.Strong initiative and leadership skills, strong work ethic, responsibility, and dedication.Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.Strong verbal and writing skills.Preferred Skills:People ToolsPeople CodeApplication EngineComponent InterfaceSQRXML/BI PublisherJavaScriptjQueryFounded in 1995, IIT is a leading provider of Workforce Solutions to Government and Fortune-1000 organizations.
