JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of our Product Support Engineering team, in this role you will leverage your technical experience and leadership skills to provide support to our SATCOM products. You will liaison with Production, Integrated Supply Chain, and Engineering teams in a fast-paced environment that require actively responding to competing priorities and rapidly assessing the situation to develop solutions and drive them to closure.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing SATCOM support by working closely with different engineering functions to analyze and resolve product support requests.
  2. Providing Production Floor Support by performing Test Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
  3. Executing Validation and Verification of Hardware and Software design changes.
  4. Planning and managing drawing, hardware, and software design documents updates.
  5. Developing test specifications, executing test plans, and producing test reports.
  6. Developing and running structured FMEA to address product and equipment non-conformities.
  7. Setting up and Integrating Test Racks and Equipment.
  8. Developing customer Notice of Change, Service Bulletins, and Service Information Letters.
  9. Acting as a Point of Contact with Design Holders and Certification Authorities.

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.

You must have:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Engineering environment supporting production.
  3. Minimum 1 year of experience in Engineering Project Management in a dynamic environment.
