Please read on as we have a great role for youYou could join our clients rapidly growing SaaS software company which operates on a global scale.As a Country Sales Manager you will oversee all sales activities within France, manage a team of sales representatives and ensure that revenuetargets are met. You will act on the sales strategies to expand market share, build relationships with key clients, and analyze market trends to identifynew opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.As part of the European team you work closely with our international teams in the Netherlands, France and Germany.Your tasks will include:Development of the Supply Chain and E-Invoicing business in FranceBeing responsible for ARR growth targets in FranceDeveloping effective sales strategies to promote growth within FranceReading and understanding financial data and reportingAgreeing ARR targets and produce a detailed annual sales operating planManaging and reporting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for ARR growthProducing sales performance reports (monthly / quarterly / yearly)Managing sales team, including performance monitoring, mentoring and trainingOccasionally traveling to Breukelen in the NetherlandsTo be a good fit for the Country Sales Manager role you will have:Previous experience as a People managerExperience in working in international organizationsExperience in Supply Chain and/or E-Invoicing in France (southern Europe)Strong commercial background with a proven track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skillsproven record of managing sales teams to achieve sales targetsAbility to communicate effectivelyExcellent networking skillsPresenting skillsAnalytical skillsInfluencing skillsFluent English and FrenchReasons to join:Work in a collaborative environment with strong ambitions and goalsHelp evolve the companyGlobal environment in an expanding teamOption of remote workBase Salary and CommissionSounds interesting?
