**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the Marine Design Department to clarify and address any queries on production drawings.
- Interpret and execute basic technical drawings and blueprints with precision.
- Assist in de-moulding parts from moulds and assembling parts and panels as per instructions.
- Participate in various aspects of the lamination process.
- Ensure all tools and machinery are functioning correctly, reporting any issues to the HSE officer immediately.
- Maintain high standards of the end product, ensuring it meets client requirements.
- Conduct visual inspections of moulds and oversee the building and assembling of parts and panels.
- Ensure adequate resources in terms of manpower and materials, communicating any delays or additional needs to the Production Coordinator and Planner.
- Lead and train the workforce, ensuring full compliance with all aspects of the boat build.
- Oversee continuous project quality output.
**Skills and Experience Required:**
- 3-5 years of experience in boat building with a strong focus on composite materials.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
