Job Description: Full Time Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our client's Staffing business (focused on call-centre). This includes identifying new markets, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, as well as strong sales and marketing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the business
- Identify new markets and opportunities
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Close deals
- Manage the sales pipeline
- Track and report on sales results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Experience developing business at another Staffing / RPO Agency
- 5+ years of experience in business development
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
