Residential Conveyancer (Part Time)

Dover based solicitors practice seeks Residential Property Conveyancer on a part-time basis 3 days a week

You will be joining the Dover office of this established two office practice working as part of the firms overall Residential Conveyancing team (currently 10 staff). The successful Solicitor, ILEX or Licensed Conveyancer will be joining this small office (currently 3 staff) managing a caseload of freehold & leasehold sales, re-mortgages, equity transfers, shared ownership and auction sales. Any additional experience with residential lease extensions, enfranchisement or experience with commercial transactions would be an added bonus.

As well as managing your own caseload the successful lawyer will play an active role in supervising/managing junior staff members. You must be IT literate and have experience working with Case Management systems although some support will be on hand from a “Post Completions” assistant/executive.

This role is available on a part-time basis (3 days per week) however there if flexibility around the working days/hours.
