This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth within the company.What we offer:Full-time position with opportunities for career advancement.Salary: $25/hourHours: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMCompetitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life and disability insurance.Retirement Savings Program with a company match.Wellness programs to support your family’s well-being.Company team wear allowance.Employee Appreciation Day and company-sponsored social events.Community volunteering opportunities.What you do: As a Logistics Supervisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Recruiting and training drivers (DPs), ensuring they are well-prepared with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and metrics.Reviewing and double-checking the accuracy and feasibility of the next day’s routes.Confirming driver partners for the next day’s runs.Overseeing and facilitating the loadout process, addressing any issues such as missing items, cancellations, or no-fit situations.Holding driver partners accountable for adhering to SOPs and achieving their First-Time-On-Time (FTOT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).Managing the hub mailbox and overseeing the performance of Logistics Coordinators.Coordinating with support groups such as Dispatch, Call Center, and Claims to address any inquiries or requests.Handling escalations, customer complaints, and property/item claims, while liaising with the Claims department.Ensuring the completion of all End-of-Day (EOD) tasks, including printing DP packages, launching calls, and covering routes.Conducting route audits for driver partners and company trucks.Assisting with customer pick-ups, including locating items, managing paperwork, and loading.Who you are:You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor or in logistics.Customer CentricityFostering a positive cultureCollaboration and teamworkProblem-solving and decision-makingManaging through changePlanning and results orientationEffective communicationContinuous improvement mindsetBusiness and financial acumenYou hold a high school diploma.If this sounds like the opportunity for you, apply today!
