As a User Acquisition Manager at Luni, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mobile app engagements. You will support the UA team by managing and optimizing acquisition campaigns, fostering creative marketing initiatives and ensuring our apps reach and exceed their growth targets. Here is a snapshot of your responsibilities :• Collaborate closely with UA managers to oversee and optimize acquisition campaigns for a diverse portfolio of mobile apps (Astro, Omada, Fitness Coach, Nutrition Coach)• Assist in the research and development of creative briefs, and oversee the execution of these campaigns to ensure they meet our strategic goals.• Conduct daily and weekly monitoring of campaign KPIs, providing performance reporting to ensure all campaigns are aligned with our business objectives.• Provide support on various UA managers' projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team. Who you are?• You have 2 years experience (internships included) in digital marketing and user acquisition (web or app)• You have a very good knowledge of social networks, with a strong understanding of content formats and trends on major platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok. Any additional experience in Snapchat and Google Ads being advantageous.• You have analytical skills with the capability to interpret data for informed decision-making; proficient in creating dynamic tables in Excel.• You have a B1 English level, meaning you’re capable of effectively managing English campaigns and communicating with international teams.• You have a B1 French level. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our French hubs (Bordeaux/Paris).
