Housing Registration Assessment Officer

Our local authority are looking for a Housing Registration Assessment Officer to join them on a temporary basis. Location – LE67 Pay Rate - £13.29ph to £13.74ph We are looking for a customer focused housing professional with experience of choice-based lettings and allocations. You will be supporting us to support customers and ensure that we transfer our housing register to our new CBL system effectively assisting with answering calls to the council CBL line. You will also be assisting with the registration of housing applications contacting customers to support them to fully complete their housing applications and provide all necessary documentation This role will require some office attendance during induction and may require some days based in our customer centre in Coalville but could lead to Hybrid working
