Clinical Lead (Psychologist)

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical Lead (Psychologist) to lead a specialist residential college for autism, based in South Wales. Role snapshot: The candidate appointed will managing a Clinical MDT who deliver behaviour support and psychological therapy to both residential and day students. The team offer Positive Behaviour support and creative adaptations to therapeutic provision. Alongside leadership and managerial responsibilities, the post holder will have a small complex clinical caseload. Contract type – permanent Hours – 3-5 days per week will be considered Salary - £51,700 – 69,500 FTE Experience required: Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration along with sound experience working with ASD, complex needs and challenging behaviours.
