Your main tasks will include:- Assess and define specific requirements for priority projects to ensure optimal planning, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.- Organize and plan the team's electrical design in line with established priorities, while ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to deadlines.- Break down projects into precise tasks and distribute them within the team to facilitate structured and organized execution.- Provide technical assistance to the team, solving complex problems and advising on overcoming technical obstacles.- Identify and communicate material, information and training requirements to ensure project success and team professional development.Your professional skills- Priority management and rigor- Leadership, analytical and innovative skills- Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsWe're looking for a proactive, autonomous person who likes a job well done. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams.Your profile-Minimum 5 years' experience in the electrical manufacturing field-Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or relevant equivalent-Bilingual French - English-Knowledge of electrical design and embedded systems development-Knowledge of electricity and automotive mechanics-Knowledge of design software (Autocad Electrical), Python language, CAN protocol-Project management skills, Agile and Sprint methods-90k - 130k depending on profile and experience, RRSP and insurance.
